Hotel Reservations
A block of rooms has been reserved at the Sheraton Chicago Hotel & Towers at the group rate of $189 (single/double) plus tax which is currently 16.4%. An extra person charge of $30 per person, per night will apply for more than two people sharing the same room. The deadline for hotel reservations is February 9, 2013 or until the room block is full. After this date the hotel will only accept reservations on a space and rate available basis at the group rate. Reservations not cancelled at least 24 hours prior to arrival or no shows, will be billed the first night’s room rate. Please note that a credit card imprint or cash deposit for incidental charge (per night) is due at check in. All incidental expenses (valet service, room service, telephone calls, etc.) are due at check-out.
